We have Internet again!
Information of note from the past week:
*I got my first bonus at work
*I was, for the first time, under budget with my food spending for the last two weeks
*I’m thinking of buying a camera on eBay, the Canon Powershot G9, to be exact, after seeing it on Martha Stewart’s blogging special
*My investment funds are temporarily on hold for the week, long story, but will be back on track by Friday, I expect
*I realized I can get a lot done when I don’t have Internet access: running, lifting weights, shopping, cleaning, reading!, talking on the phone more, sitting and chatting with friends more

Everyone I hear of who has a G9 LOVES it.
I know, me too! Here’s an unhappy story though: I was outbid on one, so I bid on another. Then someone the buyer who had outbid me on the first one retracted his bid. Now I’m bidding $400ish on two cameras. UGH. I emailed the first seller, but he says there’s nothing he can do.
Not having internet and cable has led to some of my most productive/creative/enjoyable times. But it’s hard/nearly impossible to force myself to do this on my own.
Very tough.
