[no excuses]

September 8th, 2008

OK, readers, time for a confession: this blog has been absolutely my last priority lately, and I’m sorry. I’ve found typos in dozens of my articles, just because I didn’t take enough time originally to read over what I was writing. And, you probably noticed, the quality of the content’s been a little lacking, too. So. I won’t offer any excuses, just a promise: This week will be better.

Over the next few days, I’ll be updating you on my financial situation, sort of a reacquainting of myself with you. Tomorrow, an update on my 2008 goals. Wednesday, an update on my spending.

Here’s what I’d like from you: Do you have thoughts on what you’d like to see here? Is there anything you’d like to know about me or my job/finances/etc?

You have an open floor, and I’m all ears. Send all questions, comments or other replies to gradgirlblog at gmail dot com, or you can just leave a comment here.

You’re the reason I blog, so thanks.

It’s great that you’ve set another goal, depositing an extra $5K into your down-payment fund by year’s end, but your 5K blog category is getting a little… let’s say… lonely.

Interestingly enough, the 5K category has left the building. I swore it was there yesterday.

LOL, SP. I didn’t make time to respond during the week, but here’s the whole story: My 5K dreams (5K: race to run) are over, sadly, all thanks to that horrible ankle issue. I had forgotten all about its being a blog category, which it really shouldn’t be since I don’t (won’t) write about it anymore. So I got rid of it. Thanks for reminding me!
