All the time!!! I'll schedule a meeting for one of my managers, and then realize I put it on the wrong day. Once (ok maybe twice) I actually booked travel for my manager for the complete wrong days AND with the wrong cost center attached (which involves an embarrassing call to our corporate travel agency). Just today, I emailed our entire NY Admin team (25+ people) asking who wanted to help build our Irvine Website (someone responded saying "I assume you meant the NY website? ummmm duh.). I flat out bumped a car while turning into one of the spaces. Luckily, the car I hit was so old and beat up that I couldn't even tell if I had left a mark or a dent on it.
