I'm glad you liked my post. It sounds like you have the right attitude and that's probably the biggest thing for most of us - just THINKING "make more" instead of "OK, I'll save more to do less". I didn't grow up with a "make more" mindset and the effort to start thinking of ways to make more has been tough for me... but very rewarding, too. A dollar made blogging is worth $100 made consulting, in my opinion :) For blog advertising I'd throw in Adsense and text links. They aren't pretty, they aren't always the greatest ads, but they'll make you some money. I struggled with advertising a lot on my blog and for months I had NO advertising because it bugged me - but we all put a lot of effort into this and it's not a crime to try to get SOME compensation. :) Steve Wow!
