		<description>I think your dad is right.  I think it may be hard to predict how far down the prices will go, but they're certainly not going UP anytime soon.  Thus, there's no need to rush to buy since the prices are likely to stagnate or even drop some more.  And since rents aren't going down the same, it would make more sense to just stay with your folks and save up to buy.</description>
