IMO dont make them wait, sal has been negotiated, they are waiting for your response, they may take it as a bad faith/poor interest. In my corporate job I have seen management wig out and rescind offers if the prospect did not act 100% thrilled and accept the position pronto. If sal has been negotiated and other terms are set dont waste time. Good for you.
